No two days will be the same in this versatile position! You will be in charge of selling a variety of superfood snack products, as well as assisting with the entire administrative handling of the sales process and ensuring an excellent relationship with our B2B customers.
The position\’s primary duties and responsibilities
*Increase sales with existing relationships by identifying customer needs and offering new products and services;
*Active acquisition with potential customers;
*Concept sales, mapping the process of physical distribution, identifying areas for improvement and introducing cost-saving packaging concepts based on that process;
*Meet targets such as sales, gross profit and attendance frequency;
*Annual preparation of a strategic account plan.
*You request prices from our suppliers;
*You ensure correct order processing, monitoring the entire order process (including transport);
*You will maintain contact with customers, answering all questions and handling any complaints and returns. Building a good relationship with the customer is very important to us.
*You will identify the customer\’s needs and provide appropriate solutions.
*You set appointments with your customers and follow up on them.
*You want to provide your customers with the right information. Therefore, you also take care of your own development and keeping product knowledge up-to-date.
*Customer satisfaction is very important to us and all your work will be focused on that.



What are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative go-getter who seeks out commercial opportunities and proactively contributes to expanding sales. Therefore, we require at least:
- MBO/ HBO work and intellectual level;
- Several years of sales experience with product and conceptual sales in a B2B market;
- Affinity or experience in the food and fitness industry is a plus;
- Speaks Papiamentu and Dutch. Spanish is preferred.
- Keeping accurate records comes naturally to you;
- The following competencies suit you: customer orientation, result orientation, quality orientation and planning and organizing your own work.
